HOW IT STARTEDSince 2012, Axiom Builders has brought exceptional craftsmanship and thoughtfully designed spaces to life for hundreds of visionary clients.
Building isn’t just a job for Preston Johns—it’s a way of thinking. With a sharp eye for detail and a passion for craftsmanship, Preston approaches every project with an unwavering commitment to doing it better.
With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry and a deep appreciation for thoughtful design, Preston founded Axiom Builders on the principles of integrity, precision, and excellence. A proud Texan, he has built both his business and his family right here in Dallas, where he lives with his wife, Carly, and their children, Preston Jr., Lyla, and Rhett.
Preston is actively involved in the Dallas Builders Association, where he serves on the Board of the Dallas Division and is the current Vice President of the Dallas Division. Through this leadership, he continues to advocate for quality building standards and foster a strong, collaborative builder community in North Texas.
In every project, Preston brings his heart, his expertise, and a steadfast dedication to delivering exceptional spaces—helping clients bring their visions to life with care, purpose, and craftsmanship.
